Returns Policy

  • Our return process is simple. You can return your merchandise within 365 days from the date your package is dispatched.

  • Returns must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, with original tags and labels attached. Your returned item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

  • It may take up to 15 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

  • The return shipping costs and any customs duties incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.


Important Information:

  • Personalized items are non-returnable. A refund will only be issued if the garment is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We accept no responsibility if a replica shirt or shorts have been printed and a player leaves the team, their team number changes, or the badge changes in the future.

  • Jerseys cannot be returned if they have been cleaned.


Other Information:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the products are faulty, damaged, or not as described upon delivery.

  • We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.


How do I return an item?

  1. Contact customer service, provide the order number and details of the goods to be returned, and obtain the return address.

  2. After sending the package, inform customer service of the tracking number.

  3. Once we receive the package and confirm the goods are in good condition, we will process your refund.

  4. Due to international transactions, the refund may take approximately 7-20 days.


Exchange Policy

Items without a customized badge, name, or number can be exchanged for other items of the same value or for other items by paying the price difference. However, you are responsible for the shipping fees for both returning the original item and sending the replacement.
